An appointment for hand therapy will be made for you at the same time as your surgery is booked to ensure that you get the right splint and exercises for your hand after surgery.
It is crucial that you follow very precisely the instructions given to you by the hand therapist who is looking after you to ensure that you achieve good movement and function in your hand after your operation.
